THE SCRIBNER’S GARDEN
The Scribner’s Garden is nestled towards the entrance of the Lodge and consists of a series of raised beds thoughtfully planted with vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers. The produce from the Garden can be found throughout Prospect’s menu during the spring, summer and fall, giving a new definition to ‘locally sourced.’ The floral bounty adorns the Lodge during the warmer months with whimsical bouquets.
All are welcome to take a stroll down to the Garden to see what’s currently growing. Grab a Garden Map on your way in for a self guided tour and keep an eye out for the ‘Gardener Is In’ sign to chat with Andrew Koehn, Scribner’s Gardener!
